HH team implement inhouse mold maintenance program to keep molds running at tip top condition.

Should mold maintenance, repair or rebuild services be required, HH.’s experienced engineers and mold-makers have the necessary skills to troubleshoot any problems and return the molds back to optimal running condition.

Our mold making tool shop is just beside the plastic injection molding section. Hence, HH able to reduce the mold down time and also provide fast repair lead time.

Upon completion of the repair work, molds can be sent to the full service molding department to ensure that they are working properly before being sent back to the customer.

We provide preventive maintenance. We support both preventive maintenance and repair work after damage or performance issues occur.

Recommended maintenance interval is around every 50,000 shots, depending on mold use and condition. Maintenance frequency depends on mold complexity, material used, production cycle count, and part quality requirements. A regular preventive schedule is recommended to reduce downtime and extend mold life.
