CNC machining

When Quality, Speed and Pricing are critical

At H.H. Precision Mould Sdn. Bhd. (HH) , our state of the art facility, clean environment and high speed CNC Machining center is ready to deliver the custom CNC parts you need to keep your projects moving forward.

When only one or maybe a few parts are required, we’ll work with you to make sure you have the CNC machined parts you need when you need them.

HH specialize in fast CNC machined parts. No matter what CNC Machined parts you need, no matter how complicated, we’ll put it in your hands-fast.

We can work with over 50 different materials, including metals, exotic and precious metals, plastic polymers, and other materials.

Our R & D department, equipped with CAD/CAM software, has the ability to download customer drawing files from anywhere in the world. This allow us to greatly streamlining our machining processes.

Our Continued Investment in Precision Machining

At HH, our passion is efficient and consistent machining.

We constantly strive to provide our customers with excellent value and trusted service, and doing that means staying up-to-date on emerging technology in our industry.

To ensure that we keep pace with our customers’ needs, we have a business investment plan that mandates continued investment in computerized machine tools and other state of the art technologies.

CNC Milling

During the machining process, a solid block of material is clamped into a CNC mill and cut into a finished part. We employ three-axis milling from up to six orthogonal sides of the part to machine as many features as possible. The range of material choices allows parts to be made with the desired material properties, and good tolerances yield parts suitable for form, fit and function testing.

CNC Turning

During the turning process, rod stock is rotated while a tool is held against the stock to remove material and create a cylindrical part. We employ a CNC lathe with live tooling so features like axial and radial holes, flats, grooves, and slots can be machined. Outside diameter (OD) and inside diameter (ID) threading is also available. Our range of metals, including soft metals and steel, allows parts to be made with the desired material properties, and good tolerances yield parts suitable for form, fit and functional testing.

What does “CNC machining” mean and what types of CNC machining do you offer?

Our CNC machining support includes CNC milling, CNC lathe work, EDM, and wire-cut machining. CNC machining is a precision manufacturing process that uses computer-controlled machines to shape parts accurately from raw material. HH Mould supports CNC machining for custom components, tooling parts, and related manufacturing applications.

What materials can you machine — metals, plastics, composites?

We machine metals and plastics, subject to project suitability. We can machine a variety of materials depending on part design and application, including selected metals and engineering plastics. Material suitability is reviewed based on geometry, tolerance, and end use.

What tolerance and precision levels can you achieve with your CNC machining?

Typical achievable tolerance is about 0.01 to 0.02 mm, depending on the part and material. Achievable tolerance depends on part size, geometry, material, and machining requirements. For precision parts, tolerance capability will be confirmed during project evaluation.

Do you accept CAD files from clients — and which formats?

We can review standard CAD formats such as STEP and other common engineering files, subject to compatibility. Yes. We accept common engineering file formats such as STEP, IGES, and other standard CAD data where compatible.
